About HPR

Peptides are everywhere online. The evidence behind them is mostly somewhere else: in journals most people never read, behind paywalls, or in animal studies that get quoted as if they were done in people.

HPR exists to close that gap. We read the papers so you can see what was actually tested, in whom, and what it found.

What we publish

  • Study breakdowns. One paper at a time, in plain English, with the numbers that matter: how many people, for how long, what changed.
  • Guides. Everything known about a single peptide, sorted by strength of evidence.
  • Safety pieces. Who should not use peptides, what testing should look like, and what can go wrong.
  • First-hand reports. Reader experiences, always labelled self-reported and never presented as proof.

How we work

Every factual claim carries a citation you can follow to the original paper. Every article carries an evidence label, so you can see at a glance whether it rests on human trials or on mice. We say what we don’t know. We don’t use words like “miracle”, and we don’t tell anyone to take anything.

Read our editorial standards for the details.

How HPR is funded

HPR is funded by clearly labelled advertising from suppliers who pass our vetting. Advertisers never see articles before publication and cannot change them. HPR may earn a commission from links in ads. See our advertising disclosure.

Not medical advice

HPR is educational. Many of the peptides we write about are not approved for human use. Nothing here is a recommendation to use one. Talk to a qualified clinician.
